What I learned

Before this course my knowledge about customer service was very limited as I had only had a job where I practiced customer service and although I tried to do my best I didn't have much knowledge about body language or that there were details that were so important. . I now believe that the school has helped me gain the necessary knowledge to provide good service to customers. This made me think that it should be something that all companies give when someone is inexperienced in customer service, since it would be very helpful. On the other hand, the fact that teachers and classmates tell their experiences helps a lot to knowing how many problems can be solved, as well as being knowledge that we can use. in our working day providing us with experience.
